Jeff Newberry

Jeff Newberry is a civil and family law litigator with James & Newberry. Prior to joining James & Newberry, Jeff practiced in the Dallas and Austin offices of a large national law firm, where he represented individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Texas.

His experience includes cases involving negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, professional liability, breach of contract, DTPA claims, fraud, conspiracy, family law matters, and other complex civil disputes.

Biography

A New Braunfels native, Jeff now focuses his practice on civil and family law matters in Comal, Guadalupe, Hays, and surrounding counties.

He works closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop practical, results-oriented strategies tailored to the circumstances of each case.

While Jeff is prepared to litigate matters through trial when necessary, he also recognizes the significant time, expense, and disruption that litigation can impose and seeks to resolve disputes as efficiently and effectively as possible.
